Van Jones, yea you know, the former Obama Green Czar and self professed Communist. One of the people that Obama received advice from regularly...yea that Van Jones. Well, at a Major Democratic Fundraiser called "Take back the American Dream Conference" that is just what he said. That "Homes and Healthcare are a RIGHT". These are the types of people running the country. And I don't recall seeing anything in the Constitution that says anything like this.
The people that buy into these socialistic ideals have been indoctrinated since grade school by the public school system and the Lamestreet Media. It's a shame that these people don't know how to think for themselves. They are unwilling or to lazy to take the time to look into what these people actually believe. They only believe what they see on the TV or from what their leftist school & college teachers have told them.
If the people that believe in what the Framers and Founding Father gave us don't stand up and get active, the Van Jones and Obamas of the world are going to change it to a socialist-communist type of a system where the government tells us what we have to do...like buy healthcare...

Obama misleading America on Taxes to divide the Country.
When President Obama starts spewing talking points that the rich don’t pay their share of taxes, he is distorting the facts and engaging in Class Warfare.
Here are the facts according to the IRS:
Those making more than $1 million pay 24% of income in taxes
Those making $200,000 to $300,000 pay 17.5%
Those making $100,000 to $125,000 pay 9.9%
Those making $50,000 to $60,000 pay 6.3%
Those making $20,000 to $30,000 pay 2.5%
And what about those millionaires who supposedly pay no taxes?
There are about 1,470 of them. They represent six-tenths of one percent of all those with million dollar incomes in the U.S. If we assume that they make an average income of $2 million a year each, taxing them at the same rate as other millionaires (24.4%) would yield $367 million, which would increase Treasury income tax revenues by 30 one-hundredths of one percent or one-third of one-tenth of one percent!
Overall, the IRS reports that the revenues from the income tax are sharply skewed toward taxes on the rich:
The top 1% pays 39%
The top 5% pays 60%
The top 10% pays 72%
The bottom half pays 3%
Obama is intentionally misleading the people that believe whatever he says. If people would take time to look up what he says and use logic, they would see that he is using Class Warfare to divide this Country.
The Divide and Conquer Strategy, is often applied in the arenas of politics and sociology. In Divide and
Conquer Strategy one power breaks another power into smaller, more manageable pieces, and then takes control of those pieces one by one. It generally takes a very strong power to implement Divide and Conquer Strategy. In order to successfully break up another power or government, the conqueror must have access to strong political, military, and economic machines. Such as the current administration.
Furthermore, in order to maintain power and influence, large governments will often work to keep smaller powers and governments from uniting. In fact, this use of the principles within the Divide and Conquer Strategy is most common. It is much easier to prevent small powers from linking forces than to break them apart once they have aligned.
Leaders who utilize Divide and Conquer Strategy may encourage or foster feuds between smaller powers. Such as non-union workers and union workers, Conservatives and Tea Party members, Whites and Blacks, Americans and Hispanics. This kind of political maneuvering requires a great understanding of the peoples who are being manipulated. In order to foster feuds, for example, one must understand the political and social histories of the parties intended to take part in the feuds. And I believe that this administration has done its homework.

Now that Herman Cain is climbing in the polls the attack dogs are coming out. Just the other day Janeane Garofalo spewed the usual liberal attacks, instead of facts, by saying he is a racist???

And another thing, why is it so many people listen to the Hollywood entertainers? But that's another story...
Cain's character is a result of his upbringing. Hard work equals success. In his book, "This is Herman Cain" one of his passages reads,
"One of the most important lessons Dad taught us was not to feel like victims. He never felt like a victim; he never expressed one ‘victim’ attitude the whole while I knew him. It was his inner self-determination. He just never had that attitude, so we didn't have that attitude."
Too many people today think they should get something for nothing.
Cain lived through the 60's when racism was rampant. He received degrees in computer science and math and used them to become very successful, and a self made businessman. His American Dream success story is quite stark to that of Obama's.
If you are looking for a President that will govern for everybody and not just their party Herman Cain is the man for the job.
If you are looking for a President that you can trust and is willing to make the tough choices to keep America Great, and not make choices to benefit him or a party, Herman Cain is the man for the job.

17th Amendment
With what all That is going on in Washington, D.C. It would be a
good idea to do away with the 17th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

In my opinion when Senators are picked by State Legislators, they do not need
millions of big business dollars to campaign with. They will be picked by
State Legislature, and all they will need to do is go before the
Legislators and prove that they would make good Senators. This would keep
the donators of Big Business from controlling the Senators as they are doing
today and have been since the Fraudulent 17th was placed in the Constitution.

It is much easier to talk to your State Senator or Representative and
get something done then trying to talk to our Senators. In my opinion the

1st Amendment
When the First Amendment was passed it only had two purposes.
There would be no established, national church for the united thirteen states. To say it another way: there would be no "Church of the United States." The government is prohibited from setting up a state religion, such as Britain has, but no barriers will be erected against the practice of any religion. Thomas Jefferson's famous "wall of separation" between church and state comment was made in a letter to a group of Baptist clergymen January 1, 1802 in Danbury, Connecticut, who feared the Congregationalists Church would become the state-sponsored religion. Jefferson assured the Danbury Baptist Association that the First Amendment guaranteed that there would be no establishment of any one denomination over another. It was never intended for our governing bodies to be "separated" from Christianity and its principles. The "wall" was understood as one directional; its purpose was to protect the church from the state. The world was not to corrupt the church, yet the church was free to teach the people Biblical values. It keeps the government from running the church but makes sure that Christian principles will always stay in government.
The second purpose of the First Amendment was the very opposite from what is being made of it today. It states expressly that government should not impede or interfere with the free practice of religion. The purpose of the separation of church and state in American society is not to exclude the voice of religion from public debate, but to provide a context of religious freedom where the insights of each religious tradition can be set forth and tested. As Justice Douglas wrote for the majority of the Supreme Court in the United States vs. Ballard case in 1944: The First Amendment has a dual aspect. It not only "forestalls compulsion by law of the acceptance of any creed or the practice of any form of worship" but also "safeguards the free exercise of the chosen form of religion." The First Amendment was a safe-guard so that the State can have no jurisdiction over the Church. Its purpose was to protect the Church, not to disestablish it.

"Fair Share"
Pres. Obama and Warren Buffet are misleading the country and
stirring up class warfare.
For either of them to say that rich people are paying a
lower tax rate is misleading. What
Buffet is talking about is how he only pays 15% and his secretary pays 35%. The misleading part of this is the secretary
is paying Fed Income taxes, and Buffet is paying long term capital gains tax.
For Buffet to say we need to pay more in taxes is a
joke. Buffet CHOOSES to not take a
salary, which would be taxed at 35%, and gets his money from capital gains on
investments, which is taxed at 15%.
But for those that are in the 35% Fed Tax bracket and have
investment income, (which the investment has already been taxed), will have to
pay the additional 15% on investment income.
So in effect some people are already paying 45% of their income just in
Fed Taxes, and then you have to add State & Local Taxes. So how are they not paying their “fair
share”?

RIGHTS
A right is a principle that specifies something which an individual should be free to have or do. A right is an entitlement, something you possess free and clear, something you can exercise without asking anyone else's permission. Because it is an entitlement, not a privilege or favor, we do not owe anyone else any gratitude for their recognition of our rights.
