WHY I CAN’T VOTE FOR RON PAUL (UNLESS HE IS RUNNING AGAINST OBAMA)

I like a lot of things he stands for, but he loses me on his drug policy, his military policies and the last thing is, is he is just another politician.

Case in point: In an interview with Tim Russert, Ron Paul was asked about his pork barrel spending. Ron said, "I have never Voted for any pork barrel spending" (here is where the politician comes out). This statement is true, but there is more to the truth that he doesn't tell you.

Ron would load up a bill, that he knew was going to pass no matter how he voted, with pork projects for his district in TX. Then he would vote no for the bill, and the bill would pass, and the money (pork) went to his district. (This may explain how he has gotten re-elected for all these years)

This is the biggest reason why I can't vote for him, (unless he is running against Obama).

He has been a congressman for over 20 years.

He is a Rhino and he has to go, even as a congressman.

"Occupy" demonstrators have been misled about income taxes.

It’s amazing how the left has convinced so many of our population through either our education system, or the left slanting media, that the rich don’t pay their fair share of federal income taxes.  They use statements that are intentionally deceptive to propagate beliefs that are not true.  They will tell you that the percentage that Warren Buffet pays in federal income taxes is less than his secretary.  There are 2 things that they aren’t telling you.

1. Buffet takes his salary in dividends and capital gains which is taxed at a lower rate, true, so he does pay a lower rate, because she pays on wages earned.

2. Buffet “Chooses” to take his pay in dividends and capital gains.  If he took his pay through wages, he would be paying at the highest tax rate, which is much higher than his secretary.

But again you hear that the rich don’t “pay” their fair share.  Well when you talk about “paying”, you can’t talk about percentages.  When you talk about “paying”, you have to talk about money paid. So let’s look at that.

The top 1% pays about 40% of all taxes “Collected”.
The top 5% pays about 60% of all taxes “Collected”.
The top 50% that have incomes of around $40,000.00 and up, pay about 97% of all taxes “Collected”.
And the bottom 50% pay only 3% of taxes “Collected”, and even some of them get more money back than they paid in through federal tax withholding's.

Now let’s define fair
1. Free from bias, dishonesty, or injustice: a fair decision; a fair judge.
2. Legitimately sought, pursued, done, given, etc.; proper under the rules: a fair fight.
3. Moderately large; ample: a fair income.
4. marked by favoring conditions; likely; promising: in a fair way to succeed.

Fair, impartial, disinterested, unprejudiced refer to lack of bias in opinions, judgments, etc. Fair implies the treating of all sides alike, justly and equitably: a fair compromise. Impartial.

So I would like for any of the people that think that the rich don’t pay their fair share, to explain how they don’t?

Now if you want to make the case that they don’t pay all they should, yea you could make that argument because of the deductions and loop hole in the tax code.  But everybody gets some sort of deduction.  But the rich do benefit more in actual money.

But the rich still do “pay” more of the federal income taxes collected than most other people.

My cure for this is to have a flat tax system.  You could have a 3, 4, or 5 tier system.

Right now the closest thing we have to getting a better tax system is Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 plan.
Art Laffer, an economist that I trust, believes that this is a good plan.Top 5% pay 53.25% of all income taxes. The top 10% pay 64.89%. The top 25% pay 82.9% . The top 50% pay 96.03%. The bottom 50%? They pay 3.97% of all income taxes. The top 1% is paying more than ten times the federal income taxes than the bottom 50%! And who earns what? The top 1% earns 17.53 (2000: 20.81%) of all income. The top 5% earns 31.99. The top 10% earns 43.11%; the top 25% earns 65.23%, and the top 50% earns 86.19% of all the income. Just one question, how many jobs do you think poor people create? Hint - none!

TEA PARTY vs OCCUPY WALL ST.

Democrats including Nancy Pelosi and Obama back the occupy protestors with glowing comments, yet liberals used derogatory comments to describe the Tea Party Protesters.  Both groups have the right to protest and voice their opinions, but one groups supports the America that our Founding Fathers gave us, and well the other group is calling for the demise of that system of Government.  And like I said, they both have the right.
But one group is peaceful while the other group had 700 arrested at their Wall Street event.
One group cleans up after themselves, while the other group leaves a trashy mess behind.

The group that Obama and Pelosi along with other democrats, praise is the group that has open sex on the streets, drugs being being sold, and one protester defecating on a police car  (I did not include these pictures).  And they called the Tea Party members, Racists, Terrorist and other such names.

If you are going to protest, be peaceful and clean up behind yourselves.

Media compairing The Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street

Lately we have been hearing that the “Occupy Wallstreet” protesters are just like the “Tea Party.”

In the New York Times they say that “the mushrooming protests could be the start of a populist movement on the left that counterbalances the surge of the tea party on the right, and closes what some Democrats fear is an ‘enthusiasm gap’ between their party and Republicans in the 2012 election.”

Well, good luck with this band of juvenile anarchists and aging hippies occupying Wall Street.
You know what really shows how out of touch these people are.  These kids are out there and have on these T-shirts that say ‘F capitalism.’ It’s really hypocritical that they’re out there and communicating through their cell phones, I-Pads, I-Pods, etc., that were created through competition and free enterprise and CAPITALISM, the very thing they are looking to destroy.

The liberal media is always finding new ways to trash the tea party movement.  They called them “tea baggers,” which is a sexual slur. Then they were racists, they were stupid, and they were stubborn extremists whose only wish was to remove Barack Obama from office.

During a press conference, House minority leader Nancy Pelosi praised those participating in the "Occupy Wall Street" protests. "God bless them," Pelosi said, "for their spontaneity. It's independent ... it's young, it's spontaneous, and it's focused. And it's going to be effective."

She also said, "The message of the protesters is a message for the establishment everyplace," and that "No longer will the recklessness of some on Wall Street cause massive joblessness on Main Street."
When the Tea Party movement emerged in 2009, then-Speaker of the House Pelosi called them "astroturf" and "un-American" people who were "carrying swastikas."

Let’s look at some of the comparisons.
Obeying local laws vs. 700 arrests on one day;
Understanding that the Constitution made America great vs. tearing down its fundamental principles such as property rights,
Believing in personal responsibility vs. eliminating responsibility,
Taking pride in your accomplishments vs. allowing others to do everything for you,
Celebrating success vs. penalizing it

These are just a few of the differences between the Tea Party and the Occupy Wall Street group. For the media to say that they are even remotely the same is just wishful thinking.

The Occupy Wall Street protesters goals are all about tearing down institutions.  They want to create a dependency on the government, to take away freedom, and blame all of their problems on others. Here are just a few of their demands,

1. Restoration of the living wage. They would probably want to see the minimum wage go up to       twenty dollars an hour.  (Having a minimum wage is one reason things cost so much.  The market should determine the minimum wage.)

2.  Institute a universal single payer healthcare system. (UnConstitutional)

3. Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.  (They think everybody should get a paycheck even if you don’t have a job…really…..who’s going to pay for that?)

4. Free college education.  (Again, who’s going to pay for it?)

5. Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all.  (Sooo, nobody has to be responsible for the commitment they made?)

First of all, these so-called Liberal Tea Party Clones are not interested in keeping our governmental system or economic system. The Tea Party wants less government, less spending and more personal freedom.

Second: the tactics they use are not AT ALL used by the real Tea Party. They seem to want to provoke a violent response.

The Tea Party changed America because it brought together people who typically don't have the time or inclination to protest.  These "self-involved" T-shirt Marxists, on the other hand, are the perfect example of how misguided and how much they have been indoctrinated into believing in the Socialistic/Marxist type of systems.

DEMOCRATS ON BLACK & WHITE

Why are Democrats always throwing out the race card about everything?

For years they have been saying that if you don’t support Obama, it’s because he is black and you are a racist.  But have no proof, other than a very small minority of the population that feels that way, and some of them are democrats!  You are always going to have people that hate for some reason or another.  But that is no reason to lump together all the people that don’t support Obama as racists?

Now you are starting to hear that the republicans/conservatives that support Herman Cain are only supporting him because he is black?  Again, no proof!

I think one of the reasons for this is that the conservatives support candidates on substance.  And liberals realize that their “substance” is not what most Americans like.  So what can they do….They attack and call people name like Racists, the greedy rich, and say Conservatives are going to push grandma of a hill.  I guess if you don’t have a message that the majority of the people want, just scare them into thinking that if you believed the same things the conservatives believe, then you must be a bad person too.

We don’t like Obama because of the policy’s he has towards redistribution of wealth.  We believe that as Americans we should be able to keep as much of our money as possible and pay enough taxes to support what the government is Constitutionally responsible for.  Obama and liberals don’t.  We don’t agree with government healthcare, because it’s not Constitutional.  Basically his whole socialistic type of form of government he wishes to implement.

TEA PARTY vs. OCCUPY WALLSTREET...

Why is it when the lamestreet media covers a tea party rally, they claim all this violence and racisim but can never seam to get it on tape.  But you have 700 of the "occupy wallstreet" protesters getting arested and you hear nothing bad about how they act.  They say they are true patriots??  Give me a break.

When are you liberals going to wake up.  They are feeding you a line of disinformation.  For once in your life think for yourself.
